Electrical

Most electrical work in a managed portfolio is not a fault. It is a deadline.

The operational reality

The problem we help solve

An unsatisfactory EICR starts a 28-day clock for remedial work, with a tenant in situ and a report full of codes the landlord does not read fluently. The failure mode is predictable: the report lands, nobody translates it, the quote comes from a different contractor who has to re-attend to price it, and the deadline gets close. The work is rarely difficult. The coordination is what slips.

What we do

  • Remedial work quoted in writing from the report, with C1, C2 and FI items separated from C3 advisories so nobody pays to fix something that was only advisory.
  • The engineer who inspected can carry out the remedial work, which removes a re-attendance and a second diagnostic charge.
  • Written confirmation of completion in the form the tenant and the council need, issued without being chased.
  • NAPIT registered, registration 64777, and fully insured.
