The problem we help solve
Demand for heating engineers is not spread across the year. It arrives in the first genuinely cold week of autumn, when every managed property that has been idle since March gets switched on and a proportion of them do not light. An agent with two hundred units discovers the same week that their contractor has a nine-day lead time. Meanwhile a property with no heating and no hot water is a statutory nuisance question, not just a maintenance one.
What we do
- Annual gas safety checks scheduled across the year rather than clustered, using the two-month early window that preserves the original anniversary date.
- Partner properties hold priority slots through the autumn and winter peak.
- Gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. Hem itself is NAPIT registered, not Gas Safe registered, and we say so on every page.
